A quiet hot day with slow but steady patron flow, abundant labour and a Chief Cook who refused to eat the excellent fare he was churning out (vis perfectly grilled gourmet sausages from our exclusive foreign supplier aka ALDI + lashing of lightly glazed and caramelised finest bespoke onions from the rich market gardens at Gatton hand sliced on an automatic machine). Instead this recalcitrant - nay Philistine - grilled a steak for lunch on OUR BBQ!!!

Anyhow, sufficient ravings, net outcome was a profit of $484.52 which for a slow mid-week can be considered about par for the course.

Many thanks for the many helpers who set up (Arnaldo, Da and did the first shift (Prez Peter, Judy, Pam, Chef Keith and (later) Lyn. The afternoon crew of Alan, Sue Robbo and Keith closed early due to lack of interested patrons around 3 pm assisted by the packup crew of Roger and Iain.

Done, dusted and home before 4pm. What a great crew.
