It is with much sadness I have to report that Past District Governor Ray Black passed away on Sunday.
Ray was a valued member of the District, with a wealth of knowledge and always ready to provide good counsel and advice.
I am sure we will all miss one of our elder statesmen, a great Rotarian, a gentleman and most of all a dear friend
The funeral is to be held on Saturday 4 November 2017 at 12.00 noon at Virgo Funerals, 20 Pioneer Avenue, Kingaroy.
