Breakfast for the 6th of April will be held at Grounded Emporium 1/22 Bulcock Street, Caloundra and is up the road and on the right from The Travel Agent and opposite Salvos Family Store. In short the very top block  on Bulcock Street. 

If it’s broken, fix it

The mending ethos of yesteryear is being embraced as repair cafes grow in popularity

Broken items deserve a second life. That’s the motto espoused on the International Repair Cafe’s Facebook page.

From the end of the month, Caloundra residents will have the opportunity to mend rather than dispose of broken items after Pelican Waters resident Dorothy Gillingham went to work and organised a local Repair Cafe.
