Rotary’s president presides over the Board of Directors and is elected to a one-year term.
Rotary’s general secretary and executive team oversee a staff of more than 800, who serve Rotary members from our world headquarters in Evanston, Illinois, USA, and seven international offices.
The executive staff manages operations, including member services and programs, finance, technology, development, communications, strategy, and legal services, at our world headquarters in Evanston and offices in Buenos Aires, New Delhi, Parramatta (Sydney), São Paulo, Seoul, Tokyo, and Zurich.
There are 1,224,128 members in 35,930 clubs in 220 countries.
In Australia 29,326 Rotarian in 1107 clubs in 21 districts.
In New Zealand 8,471 members in 267clubs in 6 districts and the Pacific.

Mark introduced Jess.  She has returned from her exchange in Brittany
After some interesting travel incidents, Jess arrived in Brittany
Went to the beach in Summer but it was freezing
Her host Rotary Club is famous for its rubber duck race - first prize is a car
Jess introduced Pavlova to French cuisine
She made a lot of friends

Had her 18th birthday there
Did the Euro tour
Got free hugs
And is good for European accommodation “for the rest off her life”
