James proposed the International Toast to Rotary in Ukraine

There are 62 Clubs and six Satellite Clubs, with 23.5% growth since the war began. Why? Because they are “more visible in their communities”
James and Jan visited in 2016 - They have a friend in charge of the Salvation Army there.
