Thanks to Stephen for performing the role of the Chair and Introducing our very interesting Guest Speaker and Rotary Club Member, Sue Robinson.
I'm certain we were all intrigued with Sue's story, the places she has lived and her reasons for becoming a Rotarian.
There are a couple of Notices I'd like to share with you all.
If anyone would like to attend the District ChangeOver Dinner, please let me know via return email. It is scheduled for Saturday July 1st at Kedron Wavell Services Club at a cost of $70 per head. For those who are new to Rotary and would like to know more, these events are well worth attending.
The Mooloolaba Club is having it's ChangeOver Dinner on Monday the 26th June at the Mooloolaba Surf Club at $35 per head. Once again, please let me know if you'd like to attend.
Don't forget our Club's ChangeOver Dinner is fast approaching. Friday the 7th of July is promising to be a night to remember, going by the little bits I've been told by our Chief Organiser, Deborah Taylor. Please RSVP to Deb ASAP so we can finalise numbers with the Golf Club.
This morning Arnaldo, our Membership Director, welcomed a new member to our Club. Neville Woodforth has transferred from the Caloundra Pacific Rotary Club to our Club. He brings with him a wealth of Rotary experience and will be an asset to our Club. We will be officially installing Neville as a new member, in the new Rotary year.
