Peymac Mediations is a Family Dispute Resolution and Co-Parenting Support Service. It is committed to assisting families in their transition from a one home to a two home family.

Peymac Mediations is a company that is passionate and skilled in using the mediation process.  Mediation provides a platform for separating couples to communicate, explore issues and develop durable and mutually beneficial agreements.

Sarah Dukes is the founder of Peymac Mediations.  She established the company out of love for her two daughters Peyton and Mackenzie (hence "Pey" "Mac") and the belief that there had to be a better way for children who were raised in families with separated parents.  There were three major influences in Sarah's life that led to the establishment of Peymac Mediations: Sarah's own childhood growing up with separated parents, her work as a secondary teacher and her own divorce and co-parenting journey.

As a result, Sarah became a Counsellor, a Nationally Accredited Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.

Sarah is now working exclusively on the Sunshine Coast in family dispute resolution and as a co-parenting coach.  She is/has:

  • Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner
  • Nationally Accredited Mediator
  • Diploma of Counselling (Advanced studies in, Child Development; Family Therapy; Relationships; Grief and Loss)
  • Bachelor of Exercise Science/Bachelor of Education (Secondary)
