The Board has agreed to refresh our website through a site powered by ClubRunner.  A website that caters for both members’ needs as well as – importantly – the needs of the public and potential new members.

Apart from the look of the site, the website has not changed and you can find it in the usual way – there has been no change to the website address: www.rotaryclubcaloundra.com.au

The new website will take the place of the Blog as well as the old website.  The Blog will be archived but remain accessible through a link on our website.  We will progressively add the more important articles or pages from the Blog to the website.

Our aim is to show the public the depth and breadth of our Club and of the Rotary movement; to provide new members with learning opportunities – and to provide a single source of knowledge for everything to do with our Rotary Club of Caloundra.

On the website you will find:
  • Photos from our meetings and of past and current projects
  • A Calendar of Events
  • Details of forthcoming speakers
  • Facebook feeds
  • Links to post news to your personal Facebook page
  • Information about Rotary
  • Information about our Areas of Service and Projects
  • Past editions of the Reel (weekly    eBulletin)
Members are also able to login to make the most of the new website’s capabilities.  These include the ability to:

  • Check all the details in your Member Profile and add your favourite profile photo
  • View and Download member lists
  • Email some or all members – this will be the preferred method, rather than the current system of keeping your own lists of members
  • Check your membership engagement/attendance
  • View the Club Directory
  • View your Committees & commitments
  • Check rosters
  • View Photo Albums of Meetings. Projects, etc
  • Donate to The Rotary Foundation
  • Add potential members and others as Friends of the Club
  • View club documents
  • Volunteer
Of course, the website is young and not yet complete.  It will progressively grow and mature with lots of information about Rotary and our club.

Join us in making it happen.  If you have any suggestions or comments, do not hesitate to make them!
