You are invited to volunteer for the roster for this BBQ on Wednesday 25 October.

You can also include your family and friends if they wish to help.
If you will volunteer, please indicate on your registration form which shift you can help on, viz:
- Set up 8-8.30 am (2 needed) - Darryl, Jim, Patrick
- Morning 8am-12 noon (3 needed) - Keith, Noel, Deb
- Afternoon 12 noon-3.45pm (Keith plus 2 needed; start shutting down at 2.15pm) - Keith plus two others
- Set down 3.15-3.45pm (2 extra workers needed to help clean-up and pack away) - Jim, Patrick
