The meting will be held at the Lions Community Hall as part of the Pine Rivers Showgrounds, 757 Gympie Road, Lawnton, at 9am on Sunday 8 November 2020
The Notice includes the 2019/2020 Annual Financial Statements for the company. Also the meeting will consider Constitutional changes.
Please note that the completed and signed Advice of Elector(s) or Proxy form needs to be returned to me by Thursday 5 November 2020.
