Dear Club Officers,
With only 5 more business days till the end of the financial year, I wanted to make sure we communicate the following information:
  1. The post office may not be coping as quickly with the EOFY mail going through their system and may cause a delay in cheques being received by our office. If you would like to send in contributions, funds transfers would be quicker. Please be guided by the following Bank Transfer Instructions. Fund transfers received in our accounts by 30 June will be counted as FY20 giving.

  2. Please email when transfers are made, provide the nominated fund and a member distribution list if any. This is important because it takes 6-8 weeks for our banks to trace unidentified deposits and if we cannot identify these by the first week of July, the contribution cannot be recorded as FY20 giving.

  3. Credit card contribution forms sent by post at this time and given the current conditions will no longer be ideal. Please encourage members to donate via MyRotary using their login credentials on or before 30 June if they want it to be included in FY20 giving. Another alternative is to email me at and request for a call back so I can obtain the credit card details for the donation by phone. Please DO NOT send these details via email. Credit card donations done from 1 July cannot be counted as FY20 giving.

For PHF points transfer requests, please fill in the PHF Form and email this to The volume of requests is very high at this time and we are currently working on requests from more than a week back. We are working hard to get these to you promptly but postal delays are beyond our control. Digital regalia take about 3-5 days to process.

Please be guided by the cut-offs that we have to implement especially for fiscal-year end, in compliance with accounting standards.
