With a large degree of sadness I have to tender my resignation from membership of Rotary Club of Caloundra.
Dear President James,
With a large degree of sadness I have to tender my resignation from membership of Rotary Club of Caloundra.
As I am now resident in Brisbane I am unable to attend meetings so will terminate my membership.
Rotary has been very good to me over the past 32 years as a member of Darwin Sunrise and Caloundra.
Rotary has allowed me to help in a small way on my own, but through the collective membership of Rotary International has allowed me to contribute in many ways to help make the world a better place to live in and has helped ease the lives of those less fortunate than me.
I have enjoyed being a member of both Clubs, both had similar outlooks on being a Rotary Club, namely friendship, fellowship and making membership enjoyable, and of course contributing to the wellbeing of local and international communities.
Please thank members past and present for making it such a lovely Club to belong to.
I ask you to accept my resignation as from 30th June 2021.
