Here is the info for the Gympie Muster - it is essentially up to individuals to submit their registration form and availability...

I am excited to announce the Rotary Club of Toowoomba Metropolitan have been contracted to manage the Wheelie Bin Swap Out activities at this year's Gympie Music Festival in the beautiful Amamoor Creek State Forest

-- and we want YOU to join us! --

This initiative is all about giving back!  We’re raising funds for our club project which partners with local community groups to provide access to AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) and help save lives when every second counts.

We’re now calling for volunteers to come on board and help us make this a success. Whether you want to contribute to our project or raise funds for your own club or organisation, this is a great opportunity to get involved.

What's Required?

  • A 6-hour shift on one or more of the following dates:  Wednesday 27 August to Monday 1 September 2025 (see the attached FAQ for further details).
  • Team up with 6-8 of your family, friends or colleagues.

What's On Offer?

  • Free camping in the Muster campground (from as early as Saturday 22 August)
  • Free festival e-ticket access to Gympie Music Festival
  • A chance to have fun, hang out with your mates, and meet new people
  • Most importantly, help raise much-needed funds for a worth cause

Who Can Volunteer?

Anyone with a great attitude and who's willing to roll up their sleeves, pitch in, and enjoy the experience!

If you're ready to make a difference while soaking up the incredible atmosphere of the Gympie Muster, we'd love to hear from you!
