Dear Club President James,

Cc: Interact Adviser Suzanne Gort; District Governor Neil Black; Club Secretary Sue Robinson

Congratulations on sponsoring the Interact Club of Caloundra City Private School !

To help you celebrate with your Interact club, we’ve attached a congratulatory letter and your official Certificate of Organization. Print and sign this certificate to present to your Interact club at your chartering celebration, joint meeting, or another special event. Create your own customized identification cards for Interact club members with our Interact membership card template. Print them from home together with your Certificate of Organization, or order them from one of Rotary’s licensed vendors when you purchase club banners, member pins, or other items for your club.

As a sponsor club, it’s your responsibility to keep the connection between Interact and Rotary International strong: update the contact information of an Interact club adviser annually in My Rotary to maintain the club’s active status and to continue receiving resources from Rotary International.

For reporting purposes, always use the Interact club’s name as registered in RI records, Caloundra City Private School club ID 221960, not variations of a locally used name.

Find many other resources on our Interact Clubs Guide for Our Members page.

We wish you much success as you work together to inspire positive change in your community.

Kind regards,

Trudy
