Our speaker will be Sheridan (Sherry) Anne Doodson talking about skin cancer
Sheridan (Sherry) Anne Doodson 11th December 1960
- Born in Darlinghurst Hospital.
- Went to Putney Primary school.
- Then Riverside girl’s school.
- Very involved in theatre and ballet / dancing.
- Left and went to Pharmacy where I ended up managing many pharmacies in Hunters Hill and Gladesville N.S.W.
- I was young Rotarian of the year. 1988
- I married Richard and had 3 children. (2 girls and a boy)
- Ran our large building maintenance company contracting to Coles, Woolworths’ TAB, NSW Public works (NSW Prisons) and many other.
- Moved to Queensland and ran many of our own businesses from childcare centre, 5 Subway stores, cafes, and engineering company.
- Did my nursing specialising in aged and palliative care and started running medical centres.
- I am currently a Manager with NCSC. Where we concentrate on skin cancer.
- In my spare time in our boats on the water and I love to spend time with my (beautiful) 3 children, 2 son-in-law’s, 1 daughter in law, 6 grand kids (1little girl and 5 boys) “o” and some time with Richard and our dogs.
