President Elect (PE) James opened the meeting with an International Toast to RC Port Moresby PNG

James speaks with experience as a past member and fondly remembers the armed guards at the Crown Plaza meeting venue

Highlights of his time there were unpacking the containers sent by Donations in Kind (DIK) in Brisbane

Seem to be having trouble getting The Reel under control - please bear with me :)
President Bernie delivered her address:

So I'm well positioned if we want to organize a visit - when we are able to mingle again

Good afternoon Roger
Greetings from a chilly Somerset in England. You might recall I had the pleasure of visiting your Club in October, 2017 when spending a couple of weeks with an old work colleague who is resident in Caloundra.  Many thanks for including me in the regular circulation of ‘The Reel’.

Good to hear from you Hugo

I’ll forward your invite to our members -
We’ll see if there are any early risers keen to join your meeting
If there’s one good thing about this pandemic,  lt's that virtual communication is opening new opportunities
Cheers
