The induction of Richard, the latest of 1.2million Rotarians in 35,000 clubs worldwide
Welcome Richard

Deborah tried out a new Rotary salute, then got down to business to introduce guest speaker Dale

Dale has been in Caloundra since he was an eight year old, was a top cricket player and has been Pelican Waters Golf Club manager since 2018.  He has a wife and son
Dale has steered the Club through difficult times with the changes to the course and facilities, and of course Covid
Interestingly, Rotary bookends the period with the last and next Rotary Golf Days
Things are looking up with a new "Eat Street" venture and "light on the horizon"
A new golf club, a Greg Norman designed mini golf, new carts, a new driving range, family atmosphere
Looking forward to the 2021 Rotary Golf Day.
Pam thanked Dale for the presentation

Exercise Program

I tried it & I liked it- you will too.
The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine.
This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.

If you're over 50 you might want to take it easy at first'
Then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina.
Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program.

TO BEGIN-
SCROLL DOWN...

NOW SCROLL UP...
That's enough for the first day.
Great job.
Have a glass of wine.
