RAWCS presentation

Good Afternoon All,
Just a gentle reminder regarding the forthcoming RAWCS presentation being held on Saturday 20th November between 1pm - 4pm at the Mudjimba Northshore Community Centre. It would appear that some of the clubs in the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland area are still unaware of this event. I have attached the flyer that was distributed earlier together with the afternoon’s programme for your information in case the original information failed to reach your club.
The event is being hosted by the Rotary Club of Alexander Headland and as such we would appreciate your advice as to will your club be attending and if so how many members? This will allow us to ensure we can cater for adequate seating and the provision of afternoon tea. In addition please advise if your club will be requiring a table for promoting a related RAWCS project your club is sponsoring? Please ignore the RSVP date on the flyer and advise me at your earliest convenience if your club is planning to attend?
