Mental Health Forums Help Lift The Lid On Mental Illness

Australian Rotary Health hosted two successful mental health forums recently to #LiftTheLidOnMentalIllness

The first one was held on Monday 19th April at Queenstown with Lorraine Walker as MC (middle), Chairman Kevin Shadbolt OAM as ARH spokesperson (second from left), and Lindsay Morgan (second from right) and Greg Wing (right) were mental health speakers. Tasmanian Liberal MP Felix Ellis (left) also attended the evening.

The second one was held on Wednesday 21st April with the Rotary Club of Westbury, with 60 people in attendance. Mental health speakers included Lindsay Morgan, Greg Wing and Fiona Thowe.

We thank everyone who got involved bringing mental health awareness to the community!

They are pictured here with Ted Moore, Ken Bilham and Ross Kilborn. Ted and Ken were members of the club when Ian Scott first proposed that the club raise funds for research into SIDS which led to ARH.
