Volunteers for RYDA in July

DEAR FELLOW MEMBERS - ROTARY CLUB OF CALOUNDRA

I am now seeking volunteers for RYDA in July. I will follow up with a date claimer later for October. Volunteers will be required at Corbould Park Racecourse for the following RYDA days please:

 

      (1) TO SET UP RYDA VENUES
TUESDAY 20th JULY – 1PM (for probably about 1 to 2 hours)
TUESDAY 27th JULY – 1PM (for probably about 1 to 2 hours)

 

      (2) ASSIST WITH VARIOUS DUTIES FOR THE RYDA PROGRAM
WEDNESDAY 21st JULY – 8AM TO AROUND 2PM. Beerwah SHS plus some volunteers to stay back to about 3pm to help dismantle and pack up.
WEDNESDAY 28th JULY – 8AM TO AROUND 2PM, Kawana Waters SC plus some volunteers to stay back to about 3pm to help dismantle and pack up.

 

It would be appreciated if you could please mark these dates in your calendars this week and then advise me by email anytime from now on, but at least before Monday 12th July, which days listed above you would be able to assist and if you are available to help pack up on the days indicated above.

 

We will be using the same meeting rooms as we had in May, in particular, The Pavilion (the large marquee near the Champagne Gardens), and the Champagne Garden.
