Volunteers needed for RYDA in May.

DATE CLAIMER

I am now seeking URGENTLY, volunteers for RYDA in May. I will follow up with date claimers later for July and October. In May we will be welcoming 2 new schools – Maleny State High and Maleny Flexi-school (special needs students), and hopefully we will see some volunteers from the Rotary Club of Maleny to assist us. We will also be conducting two days for Chancellor State College to replace the two days that were cancelled in March.

 

Volunteers will be required at Corbould Park Racecourse for the following RYDA days please:

 

      (2) ASSIST WITH VARIOUS DUTIES FOR THE RYDA PROGRAM

 

plus some volunteers to stay back to about 3pm to help dismantle and pack up.

It would be appreciated if you could please mark these dates in your calendars this week and then advise me by email anytime from now on but at least before Friday 23rd April, which days listed above you would be able to assist and if you are available to help pack up on the days indicated above.

We will be using the same meeting rooms as we had in October 2020, in particular, The Pavilion (the large marquee near the Champagne Gardens), and the Champagne Garden.
