John Given OAM, Joint Chair of the Rotary NSW Police Officer of the Year Awards

John is now retired and has been a Rotarian since 2001. Some of the positions John has held are: Past President - Rotary Club of Sydney, Past Chairperson – Committee of Association 2015, Past Assistant Governor District 9675 in2017. In 2015, John received the Police Commissioner’s Commendation for Service and in November 2024, the NSW Police Commissioner’s Certificate of Appreciation.
 
 
 
 
 
  
 
Trina Phillips, Joint Chair of the Rotary NSW Police Officer of the Year Awards
Trina is still full time working in her mortgage broking business, Allegiance Home Loans, which she founded over 20 years ago. She joined Rotary in 2010, was Club President in 2019 and is incoming Joint President for the coming 2025-26 year. Trina has also been a Rotary judge for the Awards event since 2014 and helps to co-ordinate all the judging and results with the NSW Police Force.
