Conditions

  1. There is no need to book for Caloundra Rotary's Car Boot Sale, but it would be helpful if you could register in advance.
  2. Donations of items for sale will be accepted on the day or, by arrangement, will be collected from the Caloundra 4551 postcode area on Thursday 30 May or Friday 31 May.
  3. Stallholders are to arrive from 7am and we will guide you to your stall/car space.
  4. The Stallholder Fee is $20 payable on site and will be collected from 7.30am
  5. Start selling at 8am or earlier.
  6. Pack-up begins at 1pm.
  7. All stallholders must leave the Salvation Army Carpark by 1.30pm. Stall holders will be provided with two spaces - one to park your car and one for your stall.
  8. Stallholders must set up between the marked car space provided
  9. No food of any description OR drinks can be sold.
  10. Items of the nature described below will not be accepted for sale and will be banned from sale.
  11. Stallholders MUST take home rubbish, cardboard boxes etc.
  12. Speed limit is 5km, in the interest of public safety.
  13. Toilet facilities open at 7:30am.
  14. Be aware that the insurance covered in your stall fees begins from 7am.
  15. Personal insurances are not accepted.
  16. The Stallholder Fee includes insurance arranged by One Underwriting Pty Ltd in accordance with the Stallholder Release and Indemnity available upon registration and receipt by the Rotary Club of Caloundra of the fee.
  17. An official entry form must be completed by each stall holder.
  18. The Rotary Club of Caloundra reserves the right and discretion to change the date of the car boot sale, or cancel it at any time and for any reason.

Unacceptable Items

None of these types of goods, or goods depicting same are to be available for sale:
 
  • Items depicting abuse or violence of any kind
  • Sexually explicit items
  • Racially offensive items
