Just to let you know, the area we need to focus on for potential sponsors are:-
. Main Business in town and surrounding area.
. Kmart Stocklands
. Pelican Waters Shops
. Golden Beach Shops
. Chilled 89 I'll get Jim Lombard to talk with Dave
. Woolworths Caloundra and Currimundi
. BMW Deb is doing
. Nissan
. Caloundra Detailing Centre i'll get jim to talk to John
. Shops on the esplanade
If you can team up in Pairs, this marks it a lot easier, talk about it amongst yourself via phone call, emails or how ever you wish and comment who will be going where so
your team lines up with the appropriate business, all we need to do is let business know whats happening and grab email addresses so Derek can contact them.
If anyone else has any thoughts on whom to contact please add it to the list so we don't double up, this is urgent so as soon as we get sponsors we can arrange for the flyers to be printed up with sponsors names.
Please stress that the kids dig is $10 to enter and minimum prize/voucher is $20.00
Again once the QR Code is gained and put on the event invite this should lead people to sites for ticket purchases and web sites.
Thanks for all your help on this and sorry I'm not here to help out, but with Kerry's health coming and going, while she's in good health we have to do stuff.
